1. Release and rebalancing of the forefoot
Enroll now in our release and rebalancing course targeted to the toes and metatarsals.
What happens in the forefoot is not isolated to the forefoot. It's alignment, movement and stability is vital for injury prevention and symptom management within it and beyond. Effective treatment to this area will significantly reduce sprains, strains, and degeneration up the kinetic chain all the way to the hip and lower back.
Prevent injuries and quickly resolve symptoms up the kinetic chain from the toes to the ankle, knees and hips. Learn functional corrective treatment techniques for bunions, tailor's bunions, sesamoiditis, hammertoes, hallux limitus, turf toe, balance and agility.
Master multi-planar techniques, diagnostic evaluations, and rebalancing methods for optimal foot function, reduced pain, improved range of motion, and remarkable improvements in performance.
Includes 1 year of access to online content & a Lab/Case Studies/Q&A session recordings and the ability to earn continuing education/professional units.

3. evaluate and Treat the Tarsals & Lower leg
Targeted evaluation and rehabilitation treatment strategies for dysfunctions impacted by the tarsals and lower leg.
The foot is the base of support for the entire body. The lower leg will affect the foot. Dysfunctions, restrictions, and misalignment in these area affect the whole body, particularly the forefoot, knees, hips and lower back.
The severity and pathology of every knee injury is directly related to the integrity of the foot and lower leg. Most forefoot dysfunctions, such as bunions, hallux limitus, and turf toe, originate here too.
The course's evaluation component employs a functional diagnosis technique to pinpoint the treatment area and identify the root cause of dysfunction.
The treatment aspect involves release, realignment, and reinforcement.
Tarsals and lower leg movement occur in three planes, and this course teaches tri-planar, specific, active/functional releases. Using functional positions in the closed chain with active movement patterns, ensures quicker patient outcomes.
Realigning incorporates taping/strapping techniques using Dynamic Tape, Kinesiotape, and Leukotape to protect joints, align structures, and influence muscle facilitation and inhibition for enhanced carry over.
Reinforcement includes proprioceptive neuromuscular re-education (PNF) and functional exercises that mimic muscle's contraction and movements for ADLs, sports, and dance.
The methods in this course significantly enhance efficiency and effectiveness in treating orthopedic diagnoses of the toes, ankles, knees, hips, and lower back.
